My profession as a massage therapist began in 2008. Once completing my Diploma in Remedial Massage l worked in Age care facilities for the next three years, while also attending home visits. Since 2014, l regularly massage groups who have acquired brain injuries through a stroke or an accident, I find my clients benefit physically, giving them pain relief and increasing their mobility while also psychologically relieving their stress levels. Massaging people is not only about the massage it is also about being a good listener and helping create positive outcomes for each and every client you see!! I find my work very rewarding and enjoy the ongoing rapport l develop with each of my clientele.
I love what l do and treat with a holistic approach. Every client is treated according to the profession they do, the hobbies they participate in and past trauma the body has endured. I enjoy educating people about the way professions, hobbies, past and present trauma affect the muscles which in turn affects the skeletal system. How computers being used constantly, everyday for long periods of time are having a huge effect on the skeletal and muscular systems, which then changes the effectiveness and the the efficiency of how the whole body works. I love the whole healing process of the body and being able to contribute in making someone feel great!!
Massage is a great benefit to our bodies, it aids in the healing process and enhances the function of the body. The common benefit massages allows for is stress/anxiety release. Massage is recognized by other practitioners and private health insurances as an effective way to treat other more serious conditions. Professions, hobbies or past injuries affect our muscles which then affect our overall posture. Repetitious movement, poor posture and today, especially computers, all have a huge impact on the muscles and the alignment of the body. Other benefits of massage is to reduce muscular soreness, reduce muscular tension, increase stability and balance, increases muscle strength and increase active range of motion. It also boosts the immune system, improves circulation, detoxifies and encourages the lymphatic and elimination systems to function more effectively, reduces insomnia, improves mental function and is of course a wonderful stress release!!

I have been interested in Aromatherapy and Herbs for nearly 3 decades. The skin is the biggest organ of the body, so we choose ingredients that are kind to our skin and our well being. They are also environmentally friendly and sustainable. My passion in herbs, oils and creating beautiful products which will not harm us is why each scent chosen for the products has been chosen for the therapeutic benefits of that particular essential oil. Incorporating massage and aromatherapy is also an effective way to introduce clients to the use of essential oils and the therapeutic benefits the oils can have on their well being. We always try to source the most organic and natural botanical ingredients and vegetable extracts when searching for product ingredients.
The packaging for the products are purchased by a company which is a signatory of the Australian Packaging Covenant, a unique initiative between government, industry and community groups, set up to divert packaging waste from landfill. By signing the Covenant they commit to finding improved environmental outcomes for packaging.
We research the most up to date advice, keeping us well informed with new findings. If you wish to purchase any products, have any questions regarding the products or you have a general question, go to my contact page and send us an email. We will respond to all emails within 24 Hours! We would love to hear from you!!
